I'm the founder of a leadership consultancy company based in Kuwait that’s on a mission to help high-level leaders become high-level coaches.

As an internationally certified leadership coach and trainer, with several years in the training & development industry, I understand that great leaders seek to influence, inspire, and impact others. Since real transformations come from within, I believe coaching is the key to unlocking a leader’s ultimate potential.

This led me to create a unique framework that combines leadership, coaching, and psychology — a framework that I now integrate into all of my work.

My leadership programs have been featured in major local newspapers like Al-Rai, Al-Qabas, and Al-Anba. I've also given multiple lectures at top universities such as the American University of Kuwait (AUK) and the Gulf University for Science & Technology (GUST).

I'm an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the world’s largest & leading organization for professional coaches. Some of my coaching clients include CEOs/founders, managers, team leaders, entrepreneurs, and coaches.

I have a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Finance from the American University of Kuwait (AUK), and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) – specializing in Marketing & Management – from Kuwait University (KU).
